In an effort to make sure we are being as safe as possible while caring for our community, A Homemade Plan has created a COVID-19 vaccination lottery. This lottery is open to any Caregiver who is actively working or is interested in working with A Homemade Plan. There will be three separate drawings of $100 gift cards on September 1st, October 1st, and November 1st. Any Caregiver who has been previously vaccinated again COVID-19 and has sent their vaccination card into A Homemade Plan will be automatically entered into all three lotteries. Any Caregiver who is thinking about becoming vaccinated against the COVID-19, please do so and send in your vaccination card to be entered into the lottery. Only Caregivers who have submitted a copy of their COVID-19 vaccination card to A Homemade Plan will be eligible to win. If you would like to be eligible for all three drawings, you must submit a copy of your vaccination card by August 31st. Otherwise if you submit a copy of your vaccination card after August 31st you may only be eligible for later drawings. Winners will be announced on the day of the drawing.
