By opting in to receive SMS messages from APFC Holdings LLC dba A Homemade Plan (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SMS Messaging Service
SMS messaging is optional. Users may separately choose to receive SMS messages from A Homemade Plan through our website forms or Calendly scheduling forms where SMS messaging is clearly disclosed and affirmatively accepted.
Users may choose to receive one or both of the following categories of messages:
Non-Marketing Messages: Communications regarding home care inquiries, scheduling, reminders, appointment coordination, service updates, and other communications related to home care services requested by the user.
Marketing Messages: Communications regarding special offers, promotions, discounts, and service updates from A Homemade Plan.
Consent to receive either category of SMS messages is optional and is not required to receive services. Users will receive only the categories of SMS messages for which they have provided consent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our team and the categories of messages you elect to receive.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from A Homemade Plan. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program.
If you wish to receive SMS messages again in the future, you may opt in again through an approved A Homemade Plan consent form.

Age Restriction

Carrier Liability

Liability
We are not responsible for charges, errors, delays, or undelivered SMS messages caused by your mobile carrier or other service providers.
