A Homemade Plan hosted a table at the 27th Annual Anne Arundel County Caregivers Conference. The event was held at the Hotel at Arundel Preserves on April 13th. There was a huge turn out and we enjoyed our time. Thank you to all family & professional Caregivers, the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disability, professional speakers, and any one else that made this Conference a success. We look forward to next year’s conference.
