A Homemade Plan understands how important your family’s safety is. This is why A Homemade Plan makes every effort to hire the highest quality Care Providers. Every Care Provider goes through an extensive interview process which gives our office staff insight into their character, values, and skills. A Homemade Plan puts each Care Provider through multiple interviews, background checks, employee history checks, a senior focused health care knowledge quiz, and a skills assessment performed by a Registered Nurse.
Before a Care Provider is sent to your home, you will have a chance to interview them yourself; this is a free service to you. A Homemade Plan will never send any Care Provider to your family’s home that we do not feel comfortable sending to our own home. If for any reason you feel the Care Provider assigned does not meet your expectations, A Homemade Plan will be happy to find one that does.
