A Homemade Plan is excited to announce that we have opened a new Annapolis Office location. The address of this new location is 130 Holiday Ct., Suite 106, Annapolis, MD 21401. Besides the address, all of our contact information including phone numbers, fax number, and emails will remain the same.
We simply decided that we have outgrown our office space in Downtown Annapolis. Although most operations have been moved to our new Holiday Court address, we still retain a local Downtown Annapolis presence at our “old” location at 192 Duke of Gloucester St., 2nd Floor, Annapolis, MD 21401. The Downtown location will serve as our Headquarters and where mail should be sent. While items such as caregiver interviews, family meetings, walk ins, and care coordination will be held at our new Holiday Court location.
