I have much respect for the original owners and the present ones. I enjoy working with all of the clients that I’ve had the pleasure of having. The office management really do a great job at teaming me up with clients that’s to my liking and skill set. They do an excellent job at working with me when I’m having issues at home and at work. Haven’t regretted anything about working with this company. They always go out of their way for their clients and employees. Not greedy and incompetent like most of the others around. They work very well with your needs.My father has a long term care plan that we have to meet a 100 day limitation period and they will work with you to send dates of service and receipts for quick reimbursement to your long care provider. Ms. Zimmerman and all the staff will quickly get back to you on your request, changes to service and any questions or concerns. Good customer care. Thank you! From there we got great, caring service from Sheree Vernon, but the best was yet to come. Our caregiver, Connie was better than we could have hoped. We met with her via Zoom and were impressed but her prompt, caring, friendly and engaging service is just the best! My family and I say that she is a Godsend!
